Welcome back to the weekly Dividend Dollars portfolio review! I know, I know! I haven’t done an update since 11/10/2023. Almost a whole month missed! This last month I have spent almost three weeks traveling and am finally back home and ready hit the investments hard!
While I was traveling and not very active on this website or social media, I made to avoid making any huge moves, that way this catch up article would be easy to follow. This update should mostly be dividend reinvestments, plus a new portfolio dashboard and graphics that I am excited to share with you. This should make updates quicker and easier going forward. So without more nonsense, let’s get on with the update!
Portfolio Value
To date, I have invested $19,775 into the account. The total value of all positions plus any cash on hand is $21,626.85. That’s a total gain of 9.36%. The account is up over $1,000 since my last update, which is a gain of over 5%. We added $145 in cash to the account every week, which is an amount of $435 since the last update.
We started building this portfolio on 9/24/2021 and when compared to the S&P 500 we are outperforming the market so far! Within that same timeframe, the S&P 500 is up 3.12%, which puts us 6.24% higher than the market! See the graph below.

Above is a dashboard of the portfolio that tracks all positions, portfolio diversification, performance compared to the S&P 500, income from dividends and options, and projected dividend income. In the time I have been gone, my PADI has increased from $680 to $693.28!
Dividends
Since the last update, I have received 7 dividends: $2.43 from $APD, $3.98 from $TXN, $3.19 from $O, $3.53 from $SMHB, $2.95 from $SBUX, $0.90 from $LPLA, and $5.27 from $INTC.
Dividends received for 2023: $557.28
Portfolio’s Lifetime Dividends: $916.92

Like I said earlier, I tried not to be very active these last few weeks that I couldn’t update in a timely, below is what occurred:

- AT&T ($T) – Closed $16 11/17 covered call for $4, 50% win.
- November 14th, 2023
- SoFi Technologies ($SOFI) – Closed $6.5 11/17 cash secured put for $2, 83% win.
- Texas Instruments ($TXN) – Dividend reinvested
- November 15th, 2023
- Realty Income ($O) – Dividend reinvested
- November 16th, 2023
- Cummins ($CMI) – Added 2 shares at $223.95
- November 20th, 2023
- ETRACS 2x Levered Small Cap ETN ($SMHB) – Dividend reinvested
- November 24th, 2023
- Starbucks ($SBUX) – Dividend reinvested
- November 27th, 2023
- LPL Financial ($LPLA) – Dividend reinvested
